Order Processing

After you have placed your order, your pick list will be printed out for our warehouse staff to pick and pack. This process may take a couple of hours to one full day.

Tracking Your Shipment

After processing is done, we will print a shipping label for your box and you will receive an email from us seconds after! Your tracking number can be viewed through your "My Account" page. If you did not create an account to checkout, you will also receive an email of your order invoice and a follow-up email of your order shipment notice. You will find your tracking number in your email that you used to order as soon as we print your label.

How Long Is The Shipment?

Our orders placed the same day before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Anytime after that and we will try our best to still ship it the same day but with no guarantee. USPS shipments usually take 2-3 business days. UPS Ground can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Other shipment carriers vary on the selected shipping service.
